How it works

  1. Choose. Pick dresses and sets on our website or Instagram, then send us the items and sizes on WhatsApp, or order on the website.
  2. We confirm. Our team confirms your pieces and agrees a delivery time with you, the same day.
  3. Try on. A female fitting assistant brings everything to your home, hotel or office. Take up to 45–60 minutes. She can help with fit and styling.
  4. Keep what you love. Pay only for the pieces you keep, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby or cash. Nothing is paid in advance.

Delivery fee

  • Free in standard Dubai delivery zones when you keep at least one piece.
  • If you keep nothing, a courier fee of AED 100 applies.
  • Some distant zones have a delivery fee of AED 100. We confirm any fee on WhatsApp before we set off.

Outside Dubai

Home try-on is available in Dubai only. Other UAE emirates: delivery for AED 30, the same day if you order before 1 PM, without try-on. International orders ship to the countries listed at checkout.

Returns

Because you try everything on first, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour or size after the assistant leaves. If an item is incorrect, damaged or defective, tell us within 24 hours and we'll repair, replace, exchange or refund. See our refund policy.

How many pieces can I try on? As many as you like. If you're between sizes, we bring both.

Do I pay a deposit? No. You pay only for what you keep.

Can I try on at a hotel or office? Yes, anywhere you choose in Dubai.
