How home try-on works

Send us the pieces and sizes on WhatsApp, or order on the website. A female fitting assistant brings them to your home, hotel or office anywhere in Dubai the same day, with deliveries until 3 AM. She waits for up to 45–60 minutes while you try everything on and can help with fit and styling. You pay only for what you keep, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby or cash, and there is no limit on the number of pieces.

Sizes follow EU/UK sizing from XS (EU 34) to L (EU 40). If you are between sizes, ask us to bring both. Delivery is free in standard zones when you keep at least one piece, and our team answers in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Questions

How fast is delivery?

Same day anywhere in Dubai, with deliveries up to 3 AM. Other UAE emirates get same-day delivery for AED 30 if you order before 1 PM, without try-on.

Does home try-on cost anything?

Delivery is free in standard Dubai zones when you keep at least one piece. If you keep nothing, a courier fee of AED 100 applies; some distant zones have an AED 100 fee, which we confirm before dispatch.

Which sizes do you carry?

Sizes run XS to L (EU 34–40, UK 6–12), plus combined sizes such as S-M for stretch styles. Tell us your height and usual size on WhatsApp and we can bring two sizes to try.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Because you try everything on first, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour or size after the assistant leaves. Incorrect, damaged or defective items reported within 24 hours are repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded.
