International Delivery

We ship DOUBLE pieces from Dubai to customers around the world with Emirates Post Express (EMS), tracked from our studio to your door.

Delivery times

We usually dispatch international orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 2–4 business days
  • Europe, the UK, North America and most of Asia: 3–7 business days
  • Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Brazil and other destinations: 7–14 business days

Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can add time. The estimate for your country is shown at checkout.

Delivery cost

The delivery price for your country is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED); your bank converts the amount to your currency.

Customs duties and taxes

Your country may charge import duties, VAT or a customs handling fee when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country's customs, are not included in our prices or delivery fee, and are paid by the recipient. In the European Union, import VAT applies to parcels of any value.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You can also order on WhatsApp and pay by bank transfer. Cash on delivery and Tabby are available for UAE deliveries only.

Returns

Orders delivered outside the UAE can be returned for any reason, including size or change of mind, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Please contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving it. See our refund policy.

Tracking

We send your tracking number on WhatsApp or by email when your order ships. You can follow it on the Emirates Post website.
