Data Deletion Requests
At DOUBLE (Double FZC, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE) we keep only the information we need to answer your questions and deliver your orders. This page explains how to ask us to delete it.
What we may hold
- Your name, Instagram username or phone number, when you message us on Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or through this website.
- The messages you send us, and the details of any order (items, delivery address, payment status).
How to request deletion
Email info@double.fashion with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us your Instagram username, phone number or order number so we can find your data.
We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records.
Remove our access yourself
You can also remove DOUBLE's access to your information at any time: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, and on Instagram go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
